So I started out from Derby on Saturday and got as far as the top sign. By the time I got home I'd done 100!!! YAY!.......well actually I was 6 short so had to ride to work and back.

more bike stuff

Forkin' Hell! That's one big pair of forks!? That's the start of the Routes at Coed-Y-Brenin in North Wales. Top place to go and beast it round a forrest on a bike............if you're that way inclined.

The bottom piccy is me in my advance Race apparel. Known for it's aerodynamic advantages and blatant coolness, the Hawaian shirt is quite possibly the only thing for cycling in. If you want to look like a tool.

Mentallica

ah well. I'm off to see the Real Metallica in a few weeks in the new Wembley Stadium. Thought I'd warm up with b'ham's finest tribute band Mentallica. They were top!

Ooooo, look at me all up a mountain! This was taken on the top of Snowdon (~North Wales) on Christmas Eve 2006. It was amazing. The weather when I left home was hideous. 1/2 I got above the cloud and it was like Summer. niiiiice!!
